Away That Day is looking for a Maternity Cover Production Manager for a one-year contract starting at the end of June to lead the Production Team with 3 collections a year. This new role will include close collaboration with the Founder/Creative Director plus the Designers and Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Critical Path set up and management
  • Collaborate closely with all departments throughout the design and production cycle
  • Factory and supplier sourcing, onboarding, capacity planning, auditing and annual reviews
  • Production budgeting, costs and forecasting
  • Coordination and management of the Production Team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 – 10 years’ experience in working in a busy product-based RTW production role including recent managing experience
  • Experience of measuring, advising on fit, construction and quality issues
  • Experience working with factories/suppliers based in the UK, Europe and Far East
  • A passion for production
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience of startup/small company culture and dynamic
