What we need in a nutshell: We want our venues and facilities to be so clean that they sparkle. So clean that when guests walk through the doors, we can hear them say “Wow!” This role requires a sharp eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring the venues, leisure facilities & the toilets keeping them clean and fully stocked
  • Keeping our floors shining and rubbish free
  • Keeping an eye on our bins morning and evening
  • Dusting, mopping and wiping anything that doesn’t look quite right
  • General cleaning of the building throughout the day
  • Reporting any jobs that need doing to the Guest Service team

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
  • Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team
  • Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
  • Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
  • It’s the icing on the cake if you have experience, but don’t worry, we provide lots of training
