What we need in a nutshell: We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Leisure Manager; you will be empowered to use your wealth of knowledge to own and lead our Sports & Leisure offering for the resort. We seek a self-motivated, driven individual who strongly inspires their team to deliver exceptional guest experience, meeting all commercial and safety targets. You will oversee the management of the Swimming Pool, Splash Pad and support and facilitate the other leisure activities we have to offer with the Experience team. You’ll be looking after everyone’s safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe, clean, and meeting legal requirements and NOP’s. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a crucial part of the management team, contributing to the continual growth and development of the complex. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for creatively scheduling a full calendar of exciting events for various age groups. You’ll proactively introduce new leisure activities and encourage increased participation.
