We're looking for a team leader who loves being where the action is. You'll be making everything run smoothly, leading shifts and getting stuck in yourself in our busy onsite bars and restaurants, making sure our guests want to come back again and again.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading by example, you'll motivate a team of F&B assistants to provide excellent service to customers in our busy bar and restaurant.
  • Be at the heart of the action, serving customers, clearing tables, solving problems, and leading your team.
  • Manage rotas to ensure we always have the right level of cover.
  • Identify and share best practice with the team, including effective upselling.
  • Help control margins by working alongside the FOH and kitchen teams to control food stock, minimise wastage, and manage cleaning and other costs sensibly.
  • Deal with customer complaints and manage performance within your team.
  • Help build a motivated team of F&B assistants who take pride in delivering delight, even when we're exceptionally busy.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced and busy F&B environment.
  • Experience of driving revenue – we can provide training.
  • A problem solver who can manage difficult situations well.
  • A champion in delivering excellence in customer service with evidence of previous successes.
  • Preferably a level 2 hygiene certificate (training can be provided on site).
  • Experience in a holiday park is desirable, but not required.
