What we need in a nutshell
We’re looking for a kitchen assistant who can support in our busy kitchen area, working within our fish and chip offering and our pizza offering.

We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. At our amazing UK resorts we pull out all the stops and add the bells and whistles to give our guests the holiday of a lifetime.
What you’ll be doing
You will be working within our busy kitchen, our fish & chips mobile unit and our pizza offering in The Barn. With this you will also be doing below listed duties:
- Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic.
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
- Accepting deliveries, ensuring ingredients are stored correctly and date rotated.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare other items on the menu.
- Work alongside front of house and kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage.
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
- Standing in for the Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Supervisor when needed.

It’s the icing on the cake if you have a Level 2 or 3 Hygiene certificate and experience in the holiday sector, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide plenty of training.
