We're looking for an experienced food and beverage professional to support the delivery of the Food & Beverage service at East Fleet Farm.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver delight.
- Support the smooth running of the venue, the preparation for service, and oversee service and after service duties.
- Work alongside the team in a fast paced, high volume venue with a constant eye on delivering world class service.
- Drive revenue through service and sales while maintaining a focus on profitable growth.
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager.
Holidays and evening events mean working on bank holidays, evenings, and weekends as well.

- Previous team leader experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
