What we are looking for:
We need you to be our friendly hot tub hero, who delivers delight by making sure that our guests' hot tubs are working, ready, and waiting whenever they feel like taking a dip.
Who are we?
We're a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday at our award-winning UK resorts.
What you'll be doing:
- Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be helping to look after all our hot tubs on site.
- You'll make sure they are working properly, drain and fill them on changeover days and test them every day, adjusting the chemicals if you need to.
- Be happy to help even when it's 'not your job.'
- Work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.
Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need:
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude when you meet guests and be good at communicating within your team.
- Have a talent for practical jobs and for troubleshooting when problems arise.
- Be open to learning - experience isn't as important as eagerness to learn.
- Be willing to turn your hand to anything - guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help.
Nice to have but not essential:
- You know your way around a hot tub.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
