What we are looking for
We need someone who will keep our accommodation and holiday park in excellent condition by repairing, maintaining, renewing, and improving everything from entrance signage to fences.

We are a dynamic, growing company with 27 UK resorts. Tattershall Lakes is a lakeside paradise in Lincolnshire, offering activities like paddleboarding, jet skiing, an outdoor lido, indoor pool, and more, for guests of all ages and even pets.
What you’ll be doing
You will assist the Maintenance Manager in ensuring all facilities are in good working order. Your tasks include:
- Performing essential maintenance and repairs, such as fixing taps, shelves, and TVs.
- Working with an experienced team for support and assistance.
- Maintaining high standards, exceeding customer expectations, and following health and safety regulations.
- Conducting maintenance checks and repairs during changeover days, collaborating with other tradespeople.
- Handling any other maintenance tasks as needed.
Guests and team members will rely on you to fix issues promptly, so confidence, friendliness, and practical skills are essential.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
We will provide training, but the following are required:
- Basic understanding of health & safety at work
- Full UK driving license
- Previous plumbing experience
Experience in a holiday park is a plus but not essential, as training is provided.
