About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to join us in one of our bars, restaurants and outlets here at Tattershall Lakes. We have eight different venues across the park, each with its own unique concept and varied team size. Experience is not necessary but preferred; full training will be provided. A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends, including bank holidays, is also essential.

What you will be doing

  • Generally making sure everybody is having a great time.
  • Ensuring a team are all looking after our guests.
  • Cashing up at the end of shifts.
  • Opening or closing the facility.
  • Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift.
  • Complying with all legal requirements.
  • Other tasks as needed when it is not your job.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

  • Customer service experience and skills.
  • Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
  • Must be over 18 due to licensing laws.
  • Someone who does things without being asked.
  • People person; easy to talk to and never happy until guests are.
  • Experience working in a team.
