What we are looking for
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be required to carry out general maintenance and repairs in line with company policy to improve customer and owner experience and working to the needs of the business.

Nestled in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside, Tattershall Lakes is a 400-acre lakeside paradise bursting with life and adventure. From paddleboarding to jet skis, waterskiing, fishing, aqua park, archery, high ropes, zip wire, an indoor and outdoor “lido” pool. We also have 5 different bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar overlooking our stunning waterskiing lake and an over 18's cocktail bar/venue. Add that to our live entertainment offering and special event weekends including our “Rock the Lakes weekend” and a full offering of events every week in the summer holidays. What you will be doing
- Ensuring that all Holiday Home sales stock snagging is completed to the expected standard.
- Pre handover jobs are completed prior to the new owner taking over.
- Owner jobs are completed within expected time scales, and to a high standard; all jobs to be signed off with a full report so this can be communicated to the owner.
- Completing warranty jobs as required when parts are sent in by Holiday Home Suppliers.
- Installing addition bases, using approved pitch improvement plan, erecting the sheds.
