We are looking for sales driven, customer focused senior sales advisors who will seek out and create opportunities to engage with potential new holiday homeowners.

What you will be doing:
As a holiday home sales senior advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes. You will seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, and you will guide them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, making sure that they have all the information and support they need to make a decision. You will have stretching sales targets which you will be keen to exceed, setting an example to more junior members of the team. Some of your day would be touring potential owners around a fantastic environment including lakes and facilities. This role would also include working weekends and bank holidays.
Part of your role will be to seek out new opportunities and generate leads by networking, creating relationships with existing owners, working with local partnerships, and creating holiday home ownership adverts. As well as establishing relationships with potential new owners you will also strive to support existing owners who wish to upgrade their existing Holiday Homes. We pride ourselves in selling with integrity, honesty and transparency to deliver the very best sales experience for all our Holiday Homeowners.
