We are a growing business and are now looking for a Hot Tub Manager to lead and manage our team of 12 hot tub assistants. We are a supportive bunch, and full training will be provided. What you will be doing:
This is a hands‑on role where you will be required to work outside in all weathers. Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be managing a team of heroes helping to look after all our hot tubs on site. You will make sure that our hot tubs comply with the required policies, ensure that the water levels are correct and safe and that the team are working effectively and efficiently.
Skills, experience, and qualities you will need:
- Have a high standard for cleanliness and presentation.
- Have experience of leading and developing a team of people.
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Have a passion for developing and improving your team.
- Excellent understanding of health & safety and the importance of compliance with H&S guidelines.
- Be open to learning.
- Driving Licence is necessary.
- Take pride in your role and truly lead by example.
Nice to have but not essential:
- Experience of hot tub operation and servicing.
