Away Resorts is seeking a dynamic Sports & Leisure Team Leader for Retallack Resort & Spa in Cornwall. You will supervise the leisure centre, oversee the pool area and lead staff to deliver a safe, high-quality guest experience, driving sales while maintaining service excellence.
You’ll work with the Leisure Manager and Duty Manager, training teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring cleanliness, safety and exquisite guest care across the centre.
