What you\βll be doing
Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be the friendly face of our holiday home sales department to potential and existing holiday homeowners, doing among many other things, the following:
- Answering calls and emails
- Organising owners passes
- Reporting maintenance issues
- General enquires.
Skills, experience, and qualities
First and foremost, you will be a people person. You will have a talent for making people feel special, whether it\βs having the ability to genuinely listen to potential owners at the start of their journey, or building long term relationships with existing owners, remembering the details that matter to them. Other skills you\βll need include a brilliant telephone manner, the ability to multitask while keeping customers happy, proficiency on Microsoft Word and Excel.
