Holiday Home Sales Advisor Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire Salary: with OTE Β£75K Hours: 40 hours per week β weekends included We\βre looking for a driven Holiday Home Sales Advisor at Tattershall Lakes, our biggest and busiest resort.
Your task will be driving sales as part of a team to achieve commercial targets.
You don\βt need a background in Holiday Home Sales β we believe that anyone with experience in a customer-focused role brings valuable transferable skills.

You will seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, guiding them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, ensuring they have the information and support to make confident decisions.
You\βll have stretching sales targets that you\βll be keen to exceed β always with the aim of making new owners feel it was a pleasure to buy from you.
Skills, experience, and qualities you\βll need First and foremost, you will be a people person with the ability to build long-term relationships.
You will have a real talent for making customers feel special, either on the phone or face-to-face.
It\βs in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen.
Multi-tasking is second nature to you, and even in the busiest moments, you stay calm and approachable.
We\βre looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves making a real impact.
