Salary: £26,500 with OTE £50,000+

Overview: Appletree is exactly where the opportunity is! With plenty of pitches, fantastic holiday homes and exciting future plans already in motion, this is a park with real potential just waiting to be unlocked. Set in the heart of Lincolnshire and surrounded by some incredible local attractions, we need the right person to help tell the story.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion Appletree across social media, creating engaging content and building your profile.
  • Maximise every lead through calls, emails, videos, social media messages and follow‑ups.
  • Use modern technology and sales tools to build relationships and nurture prospects.
  • Book and host appointments, give park tours, and help customers picture holiday home ownership.
  • Develop deep knowledge of holiday homes, pitches and ownership products to match customers with the right option.
  • Master listening, asking great questions and understanding each customer’s priorities before recommending solutions.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, attractions, community groups and organisations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing owners, attend events and create advocates who recommend Appletree.
  • Deliver an open, honest ownership journey that helps customers make the right decision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Natural people person who builds genuine long‑term relationships.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and creating momentum.
  • Energy, hunger and drive to succeed, with the ability to keep yourself and others motivated.
  • Comfortable spinning multiple plates, thriving in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
  • Strong listening and speaking skills.
  • Adaptable, calm, focused and approachable in high‑pressure situations.
