We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. Retallack Resort and Spa is a luxury spa resort and a lively water sports hub, wrapped up in a stunning countryside location close to the North Cornish coast.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and monitoring the toilets, changing rooms, leisure facilities and gym, keeping them clean and fully stocked
  • Helping prepare holiday homes for new owners
  • Keeping an eye on our bins throughout the day
  • Dusting, mopping and wiping anything that doesn’t look quite right
  • General cleaning of the building throughout the day

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

  • Have an awareness of what clean means – attention to detail and a genuine thrill from a job well‑done
  • Have a friendly and helpful attitude – delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team
  • Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
  • Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
  • Be able to work day or night
  • Experience is a plus but we provide lots of training
