What we need in a nutshell
The Breakfast Chef is responsible for running a specific section of our kitchen, overseeing and supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the restaurant. They delegate duties to Chefs and must monitor to ensure food quality, presentation and safety standards are being adhered to, troubleshooting any issues that arise in their section. You will be creating the finest dishes and work to the highest standards, sharing our passion for cooking and food.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
- Assist and support the head chef in food preparation & oversee food preparation
- Prepare dishes from the menu as directed by the Head Chef
- Get involved in the training of all team
- Help with menu planning
- Enforce safety, health and hygiene standards in the kitchen as directed by your head chef
- Troubleshoot any problems that may arise in the kitchen
- Ensure that food goes to the customers in a timely manner
- Run an environment that is clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Assist in controlling the operating costs to agreed budgets
