What we need in a nutshell: We are looking for an experienced beauty therapist with Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, who can make our guests feel pampered and special.
Who are we? Away Resorts is shaking up the Great British holiday. Our Sandy Balls resort is a woodland paradise where guests enjoy new adventures every day.
What you’ll be doing: In your capable hands, beauty treatments will be one of the highlights of guests’ holidays. Your role will include:
- Carrying out a range of beauty treatments with expertise, care and friendliness
- Ensuring the Beauty Retreat is clean, well presented and welcoming
- Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions
- Contributing to team meetings with ideas to improve our service and profitability
One more thing... holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need: We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, with experience of waxing, massage, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, tanning, facials and body treatments
- Great customer service and calming communication skills
- IT and sales skills and money handling experience
- A willingness to work positively as part of a team
