We need food & beverage assistants who understand that food and drink are central to a happy holiday. Someone who can look after our guests' every whim when they eat, drink and relax in our bars and restaurants. We are looking for someone who will greet our guests with a smile, be confident serving on the bar and delivering amazing tasting dishes to the tables of our customers. We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday.
What you will be doing:
- Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly welcome
- Serving behind the bar and taking orders in the restaurant
- Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Generally making sure everybody is having a great time
We have high standards! We will train you up, but you must bring a proactive mindset and thrive in a fast pace environment.
Requirements:
- Have customer service experience and skills
- Relish the fast pace of a busy bar
- Do things without needing to be asked
- Be a people person; easy to talk to and never satisfied until your guests are happy
- Have experience of working in a team
- Experience of working in restaurant or pub (on busy nights)
- Experience of working in the holiday sector
