What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Team Leader to join us at Tattershall Lakes Country Pub and Restaurant. A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

Who are we?

We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. With 27 amazing UK resorts, Tattershall Lakes is a glistening lakeside paradise in the heart of the gorgeous Lincolnshire countryside. Our Flagship Resort Tattershall Lakes is jaw dropping not only in its size but also in what it offers our Guests and Owners. An action-packed lakeside resort, from paddle boarding to jet skis, an outdoor lido, an indoor pool, and even our very own Spiegel tent, there is an enormous amount to do for children, adults, and even our four-legged friends.

What you will be doing:

  • Generally making sure everybody is having a great time
  • Ensuring the team are all looking after our guests
  • Cashing up at the end of shifts
  • Open up or close down of the facility
  • Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift
  • Complying with all the legal requirements

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need:

We have high standards! We will train you up, but you must:

  • Have customer service experience and skills
  • Relish the fast pace of a busy restaurant
  • Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
  • Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
  • Have experience of working in a team

It’s about your values too. We have a can-do, fun loving, people centred ethos here at Away Resorts, which is captured by our holiday heroes’ mantra of Attentive Amazing Lovers.

What we can offer you:

  • Up to 50% Discounts on Away Resorts holidays

  • Monthly Team incentives
  • Holiday Hero Menu
  • Help @ Hand scheme

Know Your Menu Inside Out

With a seasonal role in hospitality-food-service, it’s super important to familiarise yourself with the menu. Be ready to chat about your favourite dishes, special ingredients, and any dietary considerations people might have. This shows you're passionate and prepared to provide excellent service right from the start!

Brush Up on Your Customer Service Skills
