The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

Location: Piperdam Leisure Resort, Dundee, DD2 5LP Nr Birkhill. Due to location please consider your travel to work, we are situated 10-15 minutes outside of Dundee through Birkhill. Regular buses run most hours from Dundee to per hour - paid weekly!

Hours: Variable - some evenings & weekends required.

We want you to lead one of the teams that make our guest accommodation so clean that when guests open their door for the first time, we can hear them say “Wow!”

Piperdam Leisure Resort provides short stay holidays in high standard self-catering accommodation within beautiful surroundings.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be working with, and leading, a cleaning team to prepare guest accommodation to our high standards – and then a little higher. This includes:
  • Helping your team to change beds, vacuum, dust and clean bedrooms and living spaces, clean and restock bathrooms and kitchens and ensure inventory is correct in each unit.
  • Motivating and training your team to work to the high standards set out in our Accommodation Manual.
  • Ensuring that all your accommodation cleaners have the equipment and kit that they need for the big clean on check-in days.
  • Working on bank holidays and weekends as needed.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • Have a good level of general education and experience in a similar role.
  • Be confident leading a busy team working to deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Care about the smallest detail and demonstrate the highest of standards.
  • Experience on a holiday park is a plus, but we provide lots of training.
