This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves performance marketing and wants real ownership. You'll take the lead on the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of our digital acquisition activity, driving strong results across paid channels while helping shape how we test, learn and scale. Sitting at the heart of the marketing team, you'll bridge smart execution with strategic thinking, using insight to continually improve performance and push what great looks like.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the hands-on execution, optimisation and daily performance of digital acquisition campaigns across PPC, paid social, display, referral and affiliate channels.
- Monitor pacing, budgets and channel performance to ensure efficiency and delivery against CPA, ROAS and revenue targets.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, providing clear insights and recommendations to the wider team.
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to implement optimisations, testing plans and new initiatives.
- Lead the development and delivery of paid media creative, briefing teams and using performance insights to continually test and evolve messaging and formats.
- Collaborate across marketing, sharing learnings, improving processes and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
Skills, experience and qualities you'll need:
- 2β3+ years' experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing.
- Digital marketing qualification or equivalent experience would be ideal.
- Hands-on management of paid search and/or paid social campaigns.
- Strong analytical ability with confidence turning data into actionable optimisation.
- Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with agencies or external partners.
- Background in hospitality, travel or leisure sectors.
- Exposure to affiliates, display, offline or upper-funnel activity.
- Performance-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, confident and commercially minded.
- Collaborative team player with a curious, test-and-learn mindset.
- Reliable, organised and accountable.
