About the role
We are looking for Bartenders (Must be over 18) to work in our stunning cocktail bar at Tattershall Lakes. Cocktail experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.
Bar 49 is our stunning open-air lakeside cocktail venue, serving handcrafted drinks in a setting that rivals Ibiza. With unbeatable views, live DJ sets, and a vibrant summer vibe, it's the ultimate place to work if you love energy, style, and delivering premium guest experiences. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly team members who are passionate about great service and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment.
What you will be doing
- Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly welcome
- Pulling pints and pouring drinks
- Shaking, building, and stirring our delicious cocktails
- Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Generally making sure everybody is having a great time

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need
We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you:
- Have customer service experience and skills
- Relish the fast pace of a busy bar
- Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
- Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
- Have experience of working in a team
- MUST be over the age of 18 due to licensing laws
