Who are we?
We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from the day-to-day and our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.
You’ll help us get the heart of the park looking its best each morning, making sure our central areas are clean, fresh and ready to welcome our guests.
- Carrying out themorning clean of our central areas, including the Arcade, toilets, Driving Range, Guest Services and surrounding outdoor areas.
- Cleaning and maintainingfloors, surfaces, desks, arcade machines and other guest touchpoints.
- Sweeping, mopping, wiping down and generally making sure everything looks clean, tidy and well presented.
- Emptying and checkinginternal and external binsaround the central areas.
- Cleaning and restocking ourguest toilets, making sure they’re ready for the day ahead.
- Keeping an eye out for anything that doesn’t look quite right and giving it some attention.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or jobs that need doing to the Guest Services team.
- Helping us maintain the high standards we want our guests and owners to see every day.
