Hours: Seasonal Contract – Variable hours

Salary: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly

Job Overview: This maintenance assistant role ensures that the accommodation and park remain in excellent condition. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and improvements to keep everything looking spectacular.

Responsibilities:

  • Carpentry – repair of doors, windows, kitchen units, walls, floors, signage, roofs, gutters, and any other wooden items.
  • Landscaping – paving and fencing.
  • Moving and spotting caravans, including external plumbing.
  • Painting, decorating, and tiling.
  • General maintenance – replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting faulty locks, cutting keys.
  • Carry out maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, working with other tradespeople when necessary.
  • Handle any other tasks that other people can’t do.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to carry out domestic repairs and maintenance such as tiling, painting, and lock repairs.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety at work.
  • Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proactive, great people skills, unfailing enthusiasm, and a high standard of craftsmanship.
