Away Resorts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to captain busy onsite bars and a restaurant at The Lakes Rookley, Isle of Wight. You’ll lead shifts, serve customers, and drive upsells while ensuring smooth operations across FOH and kitchen teams.
In this role you’ll manage rotas, coach staff, and maintain high service standards even during peak periods. Holidays and weekends require flexibility; on-site training is provided for hygiene if needed.
