To ensure the best possible owner experience, we are looking for an aftersales administrator. You will be the person who delivers delight to new and existing homeowners, being the first and main point of contact for all their needs.

Who are we?

Nestled in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside, Tattershall Lakes is a 400-acre lakeside paradise bursting with life and adventure. From paddleboarding to jet skis, waterskiing, fishing, aqua park, archery, high ropes, zip wire, an indoor and outdoor “lido” pool. We also have 5 different bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar overlooking our stunning waterskiing lake and an over 18's cocktail bar/venue. Add that to our live entertainment offering and special event weekends including our “Rock the Lakes weekend” and a full offering of events every week in the summer holidays. Our resort is a haven for families, couples, and their four-legged friends and for those that wish can simply kick back and enjoy the tranquillity; there is literally something for everyone.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be reporting to the Owners Experience Manager; you will be the friendly face of our Aftersales sales department to our existing and new owners.
  • You will work alongside our internal teams assisting contractors and manufacturers gain access and approval for any works to be carried out to the holiday homes on the park.
  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections on all holiday homes.
  • Provide an efficient after service to our new and existing holiday homeowners.
  • Reporting, processing and checking all jobs are completed within a timescale.
  • Liaising with manufacturers, contractors and internal teams to ensure jobs identified are resolved to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Use the park's internal operating system for logging of jobs and checking accounts.
  • Liaising with the owners regarding outstanding balances, gas checks, insurance and electric tests.
  • Raising purchase orders, ordering parts and chasing until parts are delivered.
  • Communication is the key point, ensuring that owners are kept updated on any jobs that are in process until the job is completed.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • First and foremost, you will be a people person. You will have a talent for making people feel special, whether it’s having the ability to genuinely listen to our owners and building long term relationships, remembering the details that matter to them.
  • Experience would be advantageous but full training will be given for the role.
  • You’ll be a genuine team player, as you have an important role in helping the sales team reach their targets.
  • You will also be one of those positive people who set out to solve problems and put forward new ideas.
