What we are looking for
You will be supervising and motivating our team of accommodation cleaners to ensure that our guest accommodation is sparkling, and policies and standards are consistently applied.

What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you’ll be overseeing the cleaning team who prepare and clean our guest accommodation. This will include:
- Managing and motivating your team of accommodation cleaners to prepare accommodation to high standards, including cleaning, inventory checking and resolving problems
- Checking accommodation and other areas of cleaning meet or exceed our standards
- Working together with your team, other supervisors, your manager and the wider park team to ensure our guests have the perfect holiday
- Keeping paperwork up to date, including repair and maintenance requests, complaints and accidents
- Ensuring your team adhere to policies & procedures for their safety and the safety of guests
- Helping to identify and address the training needs of your team
