We need a strong and experienced leader for our accommodation cleaning team. Someone who will ensure that our accommodation sparkles and our cleaners are motivated.
What you’ll be doing: We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from the day‑to‑day and our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn. As a key member of our park management team, you will have overall responsibility for putting the ‘wow’ factor into our accommodation.
This crucial role includes:
- Managing and motivating your supervisors and their teams
- Encouraging your supervisors to take ownership of complaints and queries and supporting them when they need to
- Working seamlessly with other managers to ensure guests have a great holiday
- Managing budgets, workload planning and recruitment; keeping staff turnover low and costs under control
- Leading by example; getting stuck in when you need to but delegating to give your team opportunities to shine
Qualifications:
- Senior management experience in a practical, time‑pressured environment
- A leadership style that is open and approachable but commands respect
- Ability to plan and organise the workload, training and management of a large team
- Solid experience in the hospitality sector
