What we need in a nutshell
As Guest Services Assistant, we want you to make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from check-in to the moment they leave. Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include:
- Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out
- Making bookings for activities and dealing with enquiries
- Resolving complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after
One more thing... holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.
