Location: St Ives Bay Coastal Resort, Hayle, Cornwall

Hours of work: Seasonal contract - Variable hours

Salary: £12.71 per hour – Paid Weekly!

What We Need In a Nutshell

We need someone to look after our tourer guests on the park, dealing with guest enquiries and ensuring the touring park is safe, clean and well run so that guests enjoy every moment of their break.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the main contact for guests who book into our touring park and you’ll be there for them throughout their stay to make the guest experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. This includes:

  • Being the ‘go to’ contact for guests and helping them with any needs they may have whilst on site
  • Working with other departments to ensure the touring park is well-presented and well‑run.

One more thing… holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need

Ideally, we’d like a candidate with experience on a busy touring park, who can demonstrate the following:
