Salary: £26,511 per annum with OTE £52.5k
Location: Woodland Lakes Lodges, Thirsk, Yorkshire.
Hours: 40 Hours - Full Time - Permanent Contract.
What we need in a nutshell
Some of our fabulous holiday homes come complete with luxury hot tubs. We want you to help our team keep those hot tubs in tip top condition for our guests.
Who we are?
We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from the day-to-day and our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.
Reporting to the Hot Tubs Manager you will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating & leading the team to ensure all Hot Tubs & outside areas are in perfect condition for our guests
- Ensuring all our hot tubs comply with the required policies, ensure that the water levels are correct and safe
One more thing… holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
We’ll provide training, but you must:
- Experience of hot tub operation and servicing.
- Have some experience of managing a team of people, from creating rota’s to meeting targets.
- Experience of working within a team and developing a productive team environment.
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
- Have a talent for trouble-shooting when problems arise
- Water chemistry experience in relation to Chlorine levels in a hot tub/swimming pool would be a bonus
