Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week – some evenings & weekends required
What We Need In a Nutshell
We want you to lead one of the teams that make our accommodation so clean that when guests open their door for the first time, we can hear them say “Wow!”
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working with, and leading, a cleaning team to prepare guest accommodation to our high standards – and then a little higher. This includes:
- Helping your team to change beds, vacuum, dust and clean bedrooms and living spaces, clean and restock bathrooms and kitchens and ensure inventory is correct in each unit
- Motivating and training your team to work to the high standards set out in our Accommodation Manual
- Ensuring that all your accommodation cleaners have the equipment and kit that they need
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need
We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this you will need to:
- Have a good level of general education and experience in a similar role
- Be confident leading a busy team working to deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Care about the smallest detail and demonstrate the highest of standards
It’s the icing on the cake if you have experience on a holiday park, but don’t worry if you don’t, we provide lots of training.
