What you will be doing
As a holiday home sales senior advisor, you will interact and build relationships with potential purchasers, providing them with the insights needed to make informed decisions about purchasing our beautiful holiday homes.
You will seek out and create opportunities to engage with potential holiday homeowners, guiding them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, ensuring they have all the information and support needed to decide.
You will have ambitious sales targets and will be keen to exceed them, setting an example for junior team members.
Your day may include touring potential owners around the environment, including the sand dunes, sea views, available plots, and onsite facilities. The role requires working weekends and bank holidays.
