Who are we?

- Supervise, train, and motivate all team members on duty to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer care, reflecting the centre’s image.
- Maintain and develop the highest levels of service and safety within the leisure centre.
- Be responsible for facility security, presentation, cleanliness, maintenance, plant operation, water quality testing, stock replenishment, and implementing operational and emergency procedures.
- Organise and run activities such as archery, axe throwing, and tie dye.
- Process financial transactions, reconcile cash, and accept bookings in compliance with regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by Centre Management to ensure effective operation, including emergency procedures.
- Ensure the centre remains clean and safe, adhering to schedules and standards.
- Monitor and maintain the safety and welfare of customers and staff, ensuring proper behaviour and use of facilities.

We will provide training, but you must:
- Hold a current NPLQ and First Aid at Work certificate, with experience in backwashing and COSHH procedures.
- Have a good standard of education, ideally GCSEs or equivalent.
- Work well under pressure and communicate effectively.
- Pay attention to detail, maintaining high standards.
