Holiday Home Sales Advisor – Mill Rythe Coastal Village, Hayling Island

Salary: £25,465 basic with an OTE of £50,000, 40 hours/ some weekends required

Accommodation provided for up to 12 months, Permanent full time contract

You don’t need to have sold holiday homes before – we’re open to people with transferable skills. What matters is your drive, your attitude, and your ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Guiding potential holiday homeowners through the full sales journey, offering a seamless, friendly, and informative experience.
  • Showcasing our beautiful holiday homes and the lifestyle that comes with ownership at Mill Rythe.
  • Proactively generating leads and following up with warm enquiries to convert into appointments and sales.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging style – in person and over the phone.
  • A natural ability to build rapport, listen carefully, and understand customer needs.
  • Experience working in a target-led or sales-focused role.
  • A flexible, positive approach – including availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • A full UK driving licence.
