In this role, you will be based in our Finance department providing support to a busy purchase ledger team, processing invoices, payments and responding to queries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the purchase ledger team, processing invoices, liaising with internal departments and suppliers and responding to queries.
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Responding to purchase ledger queries from parks and the central support teams.
- Liaising with suppliers and building good working relationships.
- Assisting with reporting queries.
- Supporting the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with compliance checks when onboarding new suppliers.
- Work on ad‑hoc projects to develop your skills and learn more about the business.
Skills, Experience and Qualities You’ll Need
- Three years’ experience in a similar role in a busy accounts department.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships, often remotely.
- Strong eye for detail and numeracy.
- AAT qualification is an advantage but not essential.
