Hours of work: Seasonal contract - Various hours available including early mornings and evenings.
What we need in a nutshell:
We want our venues and facilities to be so clean that they sparkle. So clean that when guests walk through the doors, we can hear them say “Wow!” This role requires a sharp eye for attention to detail.
Maintaining and monitoring the venues, leisure facilities & the toilets keeping them clean and fully stocked:
- Keeping our floors shining and rubbish free
- Keeping an eye on our bins morning and evening
- Dusting, mopping and wiping anything that doesn’t look quite right
- General cleaning of the building throughout the day
- Reporting any jobs that need doing to the Guest Service team
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team
- Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
- Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
