Away Resorts Ltd at Tattershall Lakes is seeking a Sports & Leisure Pool Team Leader to oversee our indoor and outdoor pools, deliver safe, fun and memorable guest experiences, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will mentor lifeguards, run training sessions including NPLQ, monitor water quality, perform safety inspections and lead day-to-day operations across the pool areas.
