Who we are?
We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. Retallack Resort and Spa is a luxury spa resort and a lively water sports hub, wrapped up in a stunning countryside location close to the North Cornish coast.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring the toilets, changing rooms, leisure facilities and gym, keeping them clean and fully stocked
- Helping prepare holiday homes for new owners
- Keeping an eye on our bins throughout the day
- Dusting, mopping and wiping anything that doesn’t look quite right
- General cleaning of the building throughout the day
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team
- Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
- Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
- Be able to work day or night
- It’s the icing on the cake if you have experience, but don’t worry, we provide lots of training
