What We Need In a Nutshell
We are looking for a Linen Porter to support our Accommodation Team to ensure they have everything they need from the linen store.
The Nitty Gritty Of What You Will Be Doing
- As a member of our Accommodation Team, you will report to our Accommodation Manager and provide linen and equipment to all of the accommodation team.
- You will prepare cages of linen to facilitate the delivery of clean linen and collection of dirty linen.
- You will take ownership of deliveries of linen from our supplier and, on delivery, check that all linen is delivered and is in the condition it should be.
- You will also support the external cleanliness of the Accommodation ensuring everything is cobweb free and pristine.
- Holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work on bank holidays too.
Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need
- We’ll provide training, but you must have a valid UK driving licence.
- Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a very busy team.
- Have real attention to detail with the highest of standards.
- Be adaptable, conscientious and very organised.
- Have a sense of urgency.
