What We Need In a Nutshell

We are looking for a Linen Porter to support our Accommodation Team to ensure they have everything they need from the linen store.

The Nitty Gritty Of What You Will Be Doing

  • As a member of our Accommodation Team, you will report to our Accommodation Manager and provide linen and equipment to all of the accommodation team.
  • You will prepare cages of linen to facilitate the delivery of clean linen and collection of dirty linen.
  • You will take ownership of deliveries of linen from our supplier and, on delivery, check that all linen is delivered and is in the condition it should be.
  • You will also support the external cleanliness of the Accommodation ensuring everything is cobweb free and pristine.
  • Holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work on bank holidays too.

Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need

  • We’ll provide training, but you must have a valid UK driving licence.
  • Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a very busy team.
  • Have real attention to detail with the highest of standards.
  • Be adaptable, conscientious and very organised.
  • Have a sense of urgency.
