We need someone who will keep our accommodation and the holiday park in tip‑top condition and looking spectacular, repairing, maintaining, renewing, and improving everything from the entrance signage to the back fence.

Our flagship resort Tattershall Lakes is jaw‑dropping not only in its size but also what it offers our guests and owners. An action‑packed lakeside resort, from paddle boarding to jet skis, an outdoor lido, an indoor pool, a whopping complex and even our very own Speigel tent, with activities for children, adults, and even our four‑legged friends.
What you’ll be doing:
As part of our team of holiday heroes, you will help the Maintenance Manager to ensure everything is in good working order. Your work will include:
- Essential maintenance and repair work, such as changing taps, fixing shelves and TV.
- Working as part of an experienced team who will assist and support you with tasks you may be unfamiliar with.
- Working to our high standards, exceeding customers’ expectations, and complying with Health and Safety legislation and company policies.
- Carrying out maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, working with other tradespeople when necessary.
- Pretty much anything else that other people can’t do!
Guests and the team will look to you to fix what’s broken and restore order, so you will need to be confident, friendly, and obliging in addition to your practical skills.
