Location: Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire
We need someone who can contribute and assist in a busy kitchen environment; who has a passion for presenting memorable meals and understands that food and drink are central to a happy holiday. You will be preparing and cooking the food, following strict food hygiene processes and ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness at all times.
As part of a busy kitchen team you will make sure orders are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Your day to day will include:
- Working as part of a team you will be responsible for food preparation and cooking
- Ensuring presentation of menu items to a high standard
- Adhering to operational cleanliness and food hygiene
- Supporting team members to help them be the best they can be
You will be following standards set by the company to ensure a professional working environment to deliver delight to our guests. One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- Genuinely want to create memorable meals
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment
