You will be tasked to deliver meaningful value across the business by becoming a trusted financial partner who turns insight into action. You will champion commercial thinking, challenge constructively, and empower leaders with clear, data-driven guidance that drives performance, supports smart decision-making, and enables sustainable growth.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the budgeting and reforecasting for a Park division, partnering with operational leaders to ensure assumptions are robust, owned and aligned to clear KPIs.
- Deliver accurate budgets, forecasts and monthly P&L outlooks, highlighting risks and opportunities to drive performance.
- Provide clear, insightful commentary on results vs Budget, Forecast and Prior Year, supporting Board reporting and senior decision-making.
- Act as the key finance partner for Retail, Leisure and Entertainment, delivering analysis that drives understanding across on-park spend and margin performance.
- Challenge and support stakeholders to ensure operational spend is controlled and performance is continuously improving.
- Strengthen KPI benchmarking, improve reporting transparency and enhance insight through tools such as PowerBI and AI.
- Support robust Capex business cases and track delivery against planned benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement across budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, increasing automation, accuracy and efficiency.
- Promote strong financial control and compliance while building collaborative relationships across Operations, Commercial and Finance teams.

Skills, experience and qualities you will need:
- We ideally want someone who is +2 year post qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with a strong academic background (ideally 2:1 or equivalent).
- Experience in an analytical role within a consumer-facing business (e.g. retail or leisure).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building models in Excel and/or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a curious and tenacious approach to interpreting data.
- Able to work independently, using initiative while seeking guidance where appropriate.
- Excellent communicator, confident engaging both financial and non-financial stakeholders and adapting style to suit the audience.
- Comfortable working under pressure and delivering accurate, high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Motivated, proactive self-starter with a positive and adaptable approach.
