We are now recruiting for our 2024 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.
Location: Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire
What you’ll be doing in a nutshell:
- You’ll be a key part of our team helping to deliver delicious meals to our holiday makers every day.
- Prepping and cooking our delicious pizzas.
- Learning and assisting with other areas in the kitchen as you develop.
- Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic.
- Work alongside kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage.
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
- Holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too doing a variety of shifts.
Skills, experience, and qualities you will need:
- We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had a passion for food and hospitality.
- Genuinely want to create memorable meals.
- Resilience, energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- It’s the icing on the cake if you have a Level 2 Hygiene certificate and experience in the holiday sector, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide plenty of training.
