Hours: Variable seasonal contract - some evenings meeting and greeting guests, checking them in, making holiday bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving complaints to ensure guests walk away with a smile.
- Liaising with and assisting colleagues onsite to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Being one of the first points of contact for all Holiday Home Owners.
- Working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
Skills, experience and qualities:
- Exceptional supervisory and customer service skills, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- A confident, outgoing personality.
- Incredible organisation skills and a high degree of resilience under pressure.
