What we need in a nutshell
Some of our fabulous holiday homes come complete with luxury hot tubs. We need a Hot tub Assistant to keep those hot tubs in tip top condition for our guests.

OurMill RytheCoastal Village is set on a peaceful estuary and has undergone a stunning £10m refurbishment. We have our beautiful cocktail bar, The Missing Squirrel, as well as our incredible new restaurant The Green Room.
We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from their day-to-day. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment, and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.
We need you to be our friendly hot tub hero, who delivers delight by making sure that our guests’ hot tubs are working, ready and waiting whenever they feel like taking a dip.
What you’ll be doing
Working as part of holiday heroes, you will be helping to look after all our hot tubs on site. You’ll make sure they are working properly, drain and fill them on changeover days and test them every day, adjusting the chemicals as required.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the Hot Tub & Outside area are sparkling clean for our guests.
And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. As long as you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job’, you’re our sort of person.
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
We’ll provide training, but you must:
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude – delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
- Attention to detail and thorough
- Excellent attitude to troubleshooting when problems arise
- Be open and willing to learn new skills
- Any previous experience of hot tub maintenance would be a bonus
- Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help.
