Hot Tubs Assistant

Overview

Location: Retallack Resort & Spa, Cornwall.
Salary: £12.21 per hour – Paid Weekly.
Job Type: Seasonal contract – 16 Hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will help look after all hot tubs on site. You’ll ensure they are working properly, drain and fill them on changeover days, test them every day, and adjust the chemicals as needed. Holidays, weekends, and bank holidays may be required.

What You’ll Be Doing (cont.)

As part of the role you may be asked to help with tasks beyond hot tub maintenance as needed, with a guest-centered approach.

Skills, Experience And Qualities You’ll Need

We’ll provide training, but you must:

• Have a friendly and helpful attitude when you meet guests and be good at communicating within your team.
• Have a knack for practical jobs and for troubleshooting when problems arise.
• Be open to learning – experience isn’t the most important factor, eagerness to learn matters.
• Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help.
• Full UK Driver’s license is required.

Nice To Have (But Not Essential)

It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but not having them won’t count against you):

• You know your way around a hot tub.
• Experience of working as part of a team.
