Who are we?
Nestled in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside, Tattershall Lakes is a 400-acre lakeside paradise bursting with life and adventure. From paddleboarding to jet skis, waterskiing, fishing, aqua park, archery, high ropes, zip wire, an indoor and outdoor lido pool. We also have 5 different bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar overlooking our stunning waterskiing lake and an over 18's cocktail bar/venue. What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be reporting to the Owner Services Manager; you will be the friendly face of our Aftersales sales department to our existing and new owners. You will work alongside our internal teams assisting contractors and manufacturers gain access and approval for any works to be carried out to the holiday homes on the park. You will carry out pre-delivery inspections on all holiday homes and provide an efficient after service to our new and existing holiday homeowners. This includes reporting, processing and checking all jobs are completed within a timescale, liaising with manufacturers, contractors and internal teams to ensure jobs identified are resolved to meet customers’ expectations. You will use the park's internal operating system for logging of jobs and checking accounts, liaising with the owners regarding outstanding balances, gas checks, insurance and electric tests, raising purchase orders, ordering parts and chasing until parts are delivered. Communication is the key point, ensuring that owners are kept updated on any jobs that are in process until the job is completed.
